Introducing Sean Williams
We welcome Sean Williams to New Breed Running who will be offering some tips to runners. He’s got a varied background but its clear he’s passionate about running and about making people the best runners they can be.
Sean is currently working as a running coach of middle and long distance runners from recreational level up to world class. Current best athletes are Olympians Ben St Lawrence, Lara Tamsett, Harry Summers, Clare Geraghty, Cameron Page and Tamara Carvolth.
He’s also worked as a consultant to numerous organisations and businesses including Athletics Australia, New Balance, JP Morgan, Men’s Fitness Magazine, Australian Armed Forces and Michelle Bridges. He’s also been the national Australian team coach, was formerly an elite runner and is still a competitive masters runner.
